Attack of the Jelly Monster: Promotional Districts

This promotional district tile adds two alternate locations. On the Cannes side, all dice placed there are rerolled before scoring to determine control, with matching dice of the same color and value not canceling; players then gain Jelly according to their ranking. On the New York side, the controlling player gains 4 Jelly for each die of their color showing the designated odd or even result, while dice showing the other result only help determine control.
