Ave Roma: CENSOR expansion

This expansion adds double-sided scoring cards that create a mini-race in each round. Shuffle the cards and randomize their sides, then place them from right to left so they partially cover one another. The leftmost card determines scoring for the current round, while the next visible card sets the scoring condition for the following round.
