Match observations of color, aroma, flavor, and bubbles with tasting guides to identify a wine’s grape variety, vintage, appellation, defects, and other characteristics. Aroma reference vials cover varietal, winemaking, aging, and fault aromas, while players record their findings on tasting forms. A scent-matching variant focuses on identifying aromas from memory.
