Two players compete to solve a mysterious case by collecting seven consecutively lettered evidence cards. On each turn, a player places a card beside an evidence pile to increase their influence, then estimates the combined value of both players’ hands. Instead, a player may dispute the opponent’s estimate. If it is higher than the actual total, one evidence pile is evaluated and the player with influence there receives an evidence card.
