Squads or platoons of heavily armed and armored soldiers battle across blasted terrain in a dark future. Players maneuver individual soldiers through scenarios involving capturing or holding ground, breaking through enemy lines, or destroying opposing forces. Each soldier has unique abilities tracked on a hidden data card. Action cards resolve combat and introduce random events across geomorphic maps, with rules for creating custom scenarios and playing with miniatures.
