Betrayal at House on the Hill: 3rd Edition

Players take on the roles of explorers investigating a mysterious, abandoned mansion. The board builds itself as rooms are revealed, creating a unique layout each session filled with items, events, and omens. Gameplay begins cooperatively as players move through newly discovered rooms, collect items, and resolve encounters. At a certain point one player becomes the traitor and a scenario-driven haunt triggers, splitting the group into adversarial objectives and asymmetric rules. This edition streamlines core rules, adjusts item handling and some room tiles, and refines a number of haunt scenarios to speed setup and play.
