In 1912, Columbia is a floating city ruled by Zachary Hale Comstock after seceding from the United States. Players lead either the Founders or the Vox Populi, recruiting allies, controlling districts, and fighting for influence across the city. Events, objectives, and battles shape the struggle as each faction works toward its own goals.
