Blackwing

A Power Level 11 Rogue, this genetically manipulated character uses a mysterious psionic field to propel herself through the air at hypersonic speeds. Her flaming black aura enhances her vitality by draining it from others. Driven by aggressive competition, she targets those who appear faster than her and holds lasting grudges against anyone who defeats her. The character can be added to campaigns with minimal alteration.
