Broken Promises

The heroes travel to the island nation of Hermea after uncovering the truth behind the Scarlet Triad’s funding. There, they confront the gold dragon Mengkare and investigate whether his plans are meant to save the world or bring about a devastating Age of Ashes. This sixth and final adventure is designed for 18th-level characters and includes a gazetteer of the utopian city of Promise, guidance for GMs on the campaign’s lasting effects, new character options, and more than half a dozen new monsters.
