Bruxelles 1897: Leopold II Promo

A new Noble card is shuffled into the Noble pile at setup and can be activated via the Influence or City Hall actions like other Nobles. When activated it copies the effect of an opponent’s Noble card (tapping that copied Noble if it is not already tapped), then transfers this Noble to that opponent. Unlike other Nobles, this card itself is never tapped and therefore can be activated multiple times in a single round. It cannot be discarded and must be kept when received.
