Campaign Trail: The Endorser

A new promotional candidate begins with $60M and 6 voters. The candidate starts with five Endorsement cards, which can be played once per turn to activate their effects in the state containing the pawn without using the normal play. Default Campaign actions begin with 5 voters, subject to other game effects.
