Catalonia (fan expansion for Brass)

This fan expansion adapts the original economic engine to the Industrial Revolution in Catalonia, replacing the canal era with a road-focused period and altering city connections and industry placement to reflect local geography. Players lay industry tiles, build ports and infrastructure, and manage coal, iron and cotton production while using a tailored map and card deck. Rules changes allow multiple level-1 industries in the same location (with restrictions), give hydraulic sites cost benefits for coal when building cotton mills, and modify cotton selling: overland sales to the peninsula and distant-market exports routed through Barcelona require specific port and connection conditions. Components required include the Catalonia map, a new card deck and a short rules booklet in multiple languages.
