Players take the role of individual neighborhood cats, each with a distinct personality, moving across a modular map to meet humans, collect toys, and visit parks to establish territory and earn points. The game combines area control, pick-up-and-deliver, and set-collection mechanics with a limited-action system: players activate a number of actions per turn based on discs in front of them and manage resources to create efficient combos. The changing neighborhood map creates spatial puzzles and orientation challenges, while locations like cat cafés allow resource exchange and interactions such as stealing from opponents or completing secret objectives to gain advantages.
