The Coalition States deny the existence of the Black Vault, a hidden repository containing thousands of confiscated magic items. When mercenaries or magic-users break in and steal a truckload of powerful artifacts, Chi-Town police and the Coalition Army begin searching the 'Burbs. This setting and adventure supplement details the Vault's history, location, contents, and rumors, along with adventures involving the stolen artifacts. It also covers the Coalition's aggressive recovery efforts and provides additional background and scenario ideas.
