City of Shadow

This campaign supplement details Highwall, a once-renowned city now reduced to ruins beneath the rule of the Shadow. At its center stands Theros Obsidia, a vast black tower serving as the seat of Izrador’s power and the fortress of the Order of Shadow. It provides descriptions of the occupied city, its camps, garrisons, survivors, and ruined districts, along with a level-by-level guide to the tower, maps, illustrations, and background on the Order of Shadow.
