Combat Commander: Europe – C3i #28 Scenarios

Two historical scenarios for use with the C3i Combat Commander campaign system present infantry engagements from World War II. One scenario recreates a 1944 encounter near St. Genevieve between American and German forces; the other stages a 1941 action by Soviet and German units near the Plyussa River/Narva area. Each scenario includes setup details, objectives, and special rules for terrain and unit activity. Nine Personal Leader counters provide named leaders with ratings and rules interactions for the campaign system, allowing commanders to influence morale, rally, and combat resolution.
