Critters at War: Ultimatum Promo Card

A promotional card that adds additional points to battles. At the start of each battle, place it with 1 VP on it; the winner collects all tokens on the card, and neither player can withdraw. Before playing on a turn, the player holding the card may issue an ultimatum. The opponent either surrenders, giving the battle and the card’s VP to the issuer, or resists, doubling the VP and sliding the card toward the opponent. Only the player holding the card can issue the next ultimatum.
