Cultivo: Promo Cards

Adds a one-time bonus action to the game. At the start, reveal one more bonus card than the number of players; the last player chooses first. Once during the game, each player can activate their card to gain one of five resources, move for free, acquire equipment, cross a canal for free, or construct a building.
