This sourcebook presents a selection of creatures for use in adventures, including magical beings, giant creatures, unnatural monsters, harmless familiars, and useful animal companions. It includes entries for creatures such as assassin spiders, spirit-world wanderers, vampire bats, shadow-winged predators, and forest dragons. A detailed rules section covers the effects of magic and poison, special combat techniques, and abilities such as paralysing gazes and beguiling songs.
