Datapuls: Hessen-Nassau

This setting guide explores the geography, history, towns, villages, and growing conflicts of Hessen-Nassau in the Shadowrun universe. It examines tensions between city and countryside, modernization and tradition, industry and nature conservation, as well as the rising Hessian-Nassau Homeland Protection movement and its hostility toward metahumans. The book details Gießen, rebuilt after the 2021 attack, along with Marburg, Kassel, Hachenburg, Kellerwald National Park, and the holiday enclaves of the Rhön and Rheingau. It also introduces the mysterious Frau Holle, whose influence reaches across local businesses and may shape the coming state election.
