Dead in Venice

The adventure begins aboard an airship flying over Old Venice, carrying the characters toward the Teutonic Federate Principalities on a diplomatic mission or as part of a larger campaign. A cannon suddenly strikes the vessel, drawing them into danger above the city. The scenario can connect with journeys to Lucca, the Universal Council, or the search for Marco Polo’s secret. Encounters with Hilaire von Aschenbach and her Lazzarettos can reflect the characters’ previous actions and alliances.
