Deep State: Global Conspiracy

Employ new strategies to overtake the world through four modular conspiracy-themed expansions. Use discarded cards to advance in Counter-Terrorism, conduct Black Operations, manipulate Global Media and Trends, or compete for Reptiloid Objectives and Treaties. Additional Projects replace base-game Projects, granting Ghost Agents, extending infiltration, or returning Agents from missions while generating Influence. The modules and mini-expansions can be combined in different configurations and support 1 to 5 players.
