A campaign setting for a post-apocalyptic science-fantasy roleplaying game, set 150 years after a global war destroyed civilization. Mutants, androids, cyborgs, robots, and other survivors rebuild communities among overgrown ruins and dangerous remnants of advanced technology. The guidebook provides player and Game Master rules for creating mutated and engineered characters, along with mutations, cybernetics, technological augmentations, new feats, skills, equipment, and a new class. It also covers sandbox exploration, salvaging and repairing technology, computer-system infiltration, artificial intelligence, and creating monsters and mutants, with tools for virtual tabletop play.
