Dicetopia: Crashing Waves

This expansion adds the unsettling Crashing Waves dock area, featuring three new locations and additional strategies. Manipulate dice-resource values at the Stock Exchange, break a fellow thug out of Cutthroat Prison to gain an extra turn and strengthen area control, or trade dice values at the Molotov Market. It also introduces new factions, rebalances the original city board, and adds support for a sixth player when combined with the Roll with the Punches expansion.
