Players take the roles of elite operatives in a covert international strike force, carrying out missions against terrorist groups, drug barons, crime lords, and other threats beyond the reach of conventional law. This action-focused roleplaying game includes rules for vehicles on land, in the air, and at sea, along with weapon tables and new character backgrounds such as Intelligence Analyst and Sleeper Agent. Scenarios include the discovery of a World War II U-boat near a town on the US Atlantic Coast.
