Drako: Promo tiles

Four optional terrain tiles modify movement and attack rules and integrate with either dragon-and-dwarf or knight-and-troll factions. At the start of play the first player selects one of the four promo tiles, and the second player chooses where to place it on the board. These tiles alter how units move and engage, introducing situational effects that change tactical choices without adding new pieces.
