Players jointly build an autumn forest by placing leaf tiles into a shared tableau that represents groves, puddles, and mushroom patches. Each player pursues different scoring objectives tied to animals and plants; personal scoring cards remain hidden until the end, so reading the opponent’s placements and adapting is part of play. Turns focus on tile placement and spatial arrangement to create habitats that benefit one’s own hidden goals while potentially disrupting the other’s. The game uses a single shared tableau and variable, asymmetric scoring each session.
