Players bet on five horses across three races, placing betting chips before each turn. On a turn, the active player rolls a die five times, moving each horse once and switching it between the track’s two lanes to track the horses moved that turn. The first three horses to cross the finish line pay out for win, place, and show. Earlier bets on a horse earn higher rewards, creating a press-your-luck choice between backing an unpopular horse or waiting for more information and accepting a smaller payout.
