Freedom City

A detailed superhero setting centered on a fully realized metropolis with a long comic-book history, distinctive neighborhoods, public institutions, and numerous adventure sites. It provides maps, local history, important personalities, heroes, villains, teams, and organizations for use as a home base or as one location in a wider campaign. Heroes can join established groups, train at a school for young heroes, investigate threats, and confront supervillain teams and individual criminals. The setting also extends beyond the city to locations such as Atlantis, the Moon, distant nations, alien worlds, and interdimensional realms.
