Fudge on the Fly

A character-generation method for Fudge-based roleplaying games that lets play begin with minimal preparation. Instead of choosing all skills in advance, players select and purchase skills during play when situations arise that call for them. This keeps character creation quick, ensures chosen skills are relevant to the story, and reveals each character's abilities over time.
