An eight-page supplement for the Modern OGL RPG system focused on characters fleeing powerful organizations or individuals while trying to prove their innocence or survive long enough to escape. It includes the Fugitive advanced class, three feats—False ID, Conceal Item, and Flickering Shadow—and a fully detailed NPC, Hal Hollander. The material is designed to be added to modern campaigns as needed.
