A Delta Green scenario set in Chester, Ohio, a quiet town known for its prehistoric Chester Mounds, early-20th-century inventor Arthur Hunt, and the Ohio River Killer. Agents investigate connections between these seemingly unrelated strands of local history, uncovering a threat rooted in the town’s past. It can be played independently, but is designed to follow the events of Future/Perfect, Part 1.
