Set 5,000 years in the future, humanity is a peripheral species in an empire ruling thousands of planets. On a distant world, a green valley in the northern hemisphere is home to a dozen farms, including the red farm with white trim belonging to the Xenokotas family. They are unaware of what is about to happen.
