God of War: The Board Game

Players take on the roles of a grizzled warrior and his son and work cooperatively through scenario-based adventures set during a harsh winter on Midgard. The game plays as a dungeon crawler with modular scenarios, alternating Hero and Enemy phases each round. Players move through maps, solve quest objectives, and face encounters with detailed monster miniatures while managing life, bonds, and a menace tracker that advances threats. Combat and character progression emphasize teamwork and a bonding mechanic that unlocks abilities and synergies. Scenarios end when objectives are complete and the boss is defeated; defeat occurs if a hero is reduced to zero life or the menace reaches its limit.
