Harry Potter: House Cup Competition – Draught of Living Death Promo

Promo card distributed at conventions and later via a Kickstarter replacement program. This card represents brewing a powerful draught that costs a large amount of Potions and Magic Levels to play. When used, the player loses one Magic Level and immediately transfers three Magic Levels to another player, affecting player standings and resource balance during the House Cup competition.
