Emperor tortoises have walked the earth since before the rocks were cool, followed by pilgrims seeking a glimpse of divine wisdom. The ancient shell of one is finally breached by Nauz, head necromancer of the Lycaeum, using a horrid method. The game follows the consequences of this discovery and what comes next.
