Hostage Negotiator: Career

Play through a ten-year career as a hostage negotiator, balancing professional incidents and personal consequences. Each year presents a career card with a narrative event, followed in most years by a live negotiation using the base Hostage Negotiator system and any installed Abductor Packs. Outcomes of negotiations affect campaign-wide trackers such as career stress, personal stress, merit for promotions, rank, and other long-term stats. After each negotiation, resolve a personal card that presents another narrative event; results can grant rewards or penalties that carry into subsequent years. The expansion requires the base game plus specified previous expansions and packs to play.
