Hot Tin Roof: Deluxe Catwalks

Adds four tiles and a deluxe catwalk for each player. During setup, each player takes the deluxe catwalk in their color. Once every player has earned at least one fish tile from the fish market, a player may place the deluxe catwalk instead of a regular catwalk. Cats crossing it pay its owner two fish rather than the usual one.
