The mainland of Britain has been infected by a strange phenomenon that gives nightmares, dreams, obsessions, and fantasies a dangerous physical form. The remaining uninfected population lives on nearby islands, with Northern Ireland joined to Eire and the Isle of Wight serving as the largest safe settlement. Players deal with the threats and consequences of a world where imagination has become reality.
