Imperial Starfire

A campaign expansion for a science-fiction space combat game, adding rules for generating a universe, developing alien races, conducting research, managing economies and supplies, and running communications and intelligence operations. Galactic travel uses randomly connected warp points between star systems. Players design ships from combat and support systems represented by letters, move them across an endless hex map in six impulses, and resolve battles by crossing off systems from left to right as damage is sustained.
