Israeli Independence: The First Arab-Israeli War

An introductory solitaire wargame depicting the First Arab-Israeli War. Five Arab armies invade the newly declared state, advancing toward West Jerusalem while Israeli forces organize a response. Players allocate limited Israel Defense Forces resources to launch offensives, push the invading armies back, and attempt to achieve an armistice before any force reaches the capital.
