Keyflower: Emporium & Monument

Adds two winter village tiles: the Emporium and the Monument. The Emporium scores 3 points at game end for each set of one green worker and two workers of any other colour, while the Monument scores 4 points for each set of one gold and two resources of any other type. Workers and resources of the same type may be included in these sets.
