Kill the Overlord

Players take the roles of powerful subjects plotting against an Overlord while trying to protect themselves from the executioner. By giving directions, making excuses, and misdirecting the executioner, they attempt to send him after other players. When a player is eliminated, the survivors advance up the political ladder and claim the deceased’s title, wealth, and power. The game supports 4 to 8 players and lasts about twenty minutes; the first player to gain enough wealth and reach the highest title wins.
