Killer Bunnies and the Quest for the Magic Carrot: Horton Hates A Who Promo Card

A promo card from the Psi Series. Give it to a player who must give an opponent one of their Carrots each time they say “Who.” The card is discarded after the player gives each opponent one Carrot. The player may pay 10 Dolla to remove it.
