Kingdom Builder: Queenie 4 – The Emperor's Choice

An expansion module adds eight one-use rule cards and two cardboard standees to the base game. Each round a single card is drawn and revealed to all players, changing one rule or objective for that round and forcing players to adapt their strategies. Cards introduce terrain and rule variants such as volcano, ferry, island, capital, plateaus, caves, spy network, and native soil, each altering movement, placement, scoring, or interaction in specific ways. Components are multilingual and intended for integration with the core game setup.
