KULT: Divinity Lost

Players inhabit a contemporary world that is secretly an elaborate illusion masking cosmic horrors and hidden cities. Characters experience strange perceptions and uncover fragments of forbidden knowledge as they investigate anomalies, conspiracies and inhuman neighbors. Gameplay uses a narrative-focused horror system where players build characters with traumatic backgrounds, test beliefs and sanity, and spend tokens to push for success. Scenes shift between mundane urban settings and terrifying metaphysical layers as the group explores truths, faces cults and supernatural entities, and negotiates the cost of awakening to the reality beneath the veil.
