A setting supplement for a fantasy roleplaying game, centered on Vindusan, a city built around the only clear-water lake in the barren lands of Shabana. The Banjora elves rule from floating temples, sun shrines, and crowded markets under the strained control of the Hundred Elven Houses and their leader, Varcassian. The book details the city, its surroundings, history, inhabitants, factions, and conflicts. It adds new ancestries, archetypes, backgrounds, equipment, monsters, and characters, along with the adventure Howls in Vindusan, which introduces the city and its dangers.
