Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game – Rokugan at War

The Great Clans of Rokugan gather resources, raise armies, and take to the court as the Emerald Empire descends into war. This card pack adds 60 cards to existing decks and introduces mechanics focused on provinces, including Eminent provinces that begin the game faceup and Rally abilities that allow provinces to be overfilled.
