A sourcebook for a fantasy roleplaying setting centered on Haven, a frontier town built beside the ruins of Parlainth in Barsaive. Nearly five years after the Second Theran War, political tensions rise as explorers, merchants, Theran interests, and adventuring companies contend over the town’s future. The book details Haven’s history and prominent inhabitants in 1517 TH, adds rules and guidance for players and gamemasters, and supports both organized Legends of Barsaive adventures and home campaigns. It also includes eight adventures, from explorations of strange ruins to conflicts involving Haven’s factions and residents.
