Let's Make a Bus Route: The Dice Game

Players act as bus company planners who draw routes on a map to pick up and drop off different passenger types (tourists, commuters, students, elderly, parents with children) while managing congestion and penalties. Play proceeds over a fixed number of rounds; the start player rolls six white dice, selects three, and the opponent takes one of the remaining dice. Dice results are used to mark route segments with an erasable pen, claim passengers, trigger re-rolls or an extra black die, and apply traffic or other penalties before scoring. Two maps offer distinct constraints (city bridges that limit routes and a map with corner warps), and a solo mode plays the map twice with separate markers, where reusing roads creates traffic penalties.
